The redevelopment of land once containing a trade merchants on Godstone High Street saw us offering a package of 9 different specifications to aid ‘off plan’ sales. Sample boards were delivered to the sales office and purchaser were able to personalize their kitchen to suit their bespoke requirements. This included a mixture of entry level & high end products giving the developer an added negotiation point to help close their sale. The purchasers generally chose between the Milbourne Shaker door and the Porter handleless door with a mixture of quartz worktops and laminate worktops depending on the how the negotiations concluded.
