Academy was asked to supply and install Howdens furniture to a development of 56 houses specifically for the local housing authority. These properties were a mixture of shared ownership & rented properties.

Therefore a mixture of ranges & specifications were required depending on the employers requirements. Rented properties included all furniture, worktops and installation whereas the Shared Ownership properties were upgraded to also include Lamona appliances. The Housing Association insisted on using Howdens product so their aftersales care teams can easily service the properties for years to come by conveniently visiting their local Howdens branch.
